N.J. 911 dispatcher couldn't pinpoint slaim Chatham priest's call due to glitch in outdated system

CHATHAM BOROUGH -- Minutes before he was killed, the Rev. Edward Hinds dialed 911 from his cell phone, but help never arrived.
